This delicious fruit salad is designed to be attractive to the kids as well.
Ingredients
1/2 (about 600g) rockmelon, deseeded
1/2 (about 800g) honeydew melon, deseeded
1/2 (about 1.5kg) seedless watermelon
2 carambola (star fruit), sliced
Fresh edible flowers, to decorate
Instructions

Kids' task: Use a parisienne scoop to scoop balls of rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon and arrange on a serving platter with the carambola.
Step 2
Decorate with flowers to serve.
