Mutton 500g,
Cooking Oil half cup,
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp,
Onion half,
Salt as per taste,
Whole Hot Spices 5 g,
Whole Red Chili 3 pieces,
Green Chili Crushed 2 pieces,
Cumin 1 tsp,
Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp,
Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp,
Tomato 4 pieces,
Almonds & Cashew Crushed 2 tbsp,
Hot Water 1 glass,
Ginger, Coriander, Green Chili for garnishing,

Instructions


Method

1- In a Kitchen King’s pressure cooker, add cooking oil, mutton, ginger & garlic paste, onion, salt, whole hot spices, whole red chili, green chili, cumin, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, tomato, almonds & cashew crushed and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
2- >Now, add hot water and steam it for 20-25 minutes.
3- In the end, add ginger, coriander, green chili for garnishing.
Your tasty Balochi Mutton Karahi is ready to serve.
