Why recepie famous for?

Today, I come up with a new recipe: “Restaurant Style Lahori Mutton Karahi “. It is one of most popular Pakistani dish that you will come across almost every Pakistani restaurant menu anywhere in the world.

Ingredients


Spinach 1 kg (wash well)

Small fenugreek 4 bunches

Green chilies 6

Onion chopped 1

Ginger garlic paste/br 1 tbsp

Mutton ½ kg

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric ¾ tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Milk ½ cup

Khoya ½ cup

Cream 3 tbsp

Oil ¾ cup

Instructions

Blanched together spinach, choti methi,

green chilies without water for 10 minutes,

chopper and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, fry till transparent,

add ginger garlic paste, mutton, fry well.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, fry well,

add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender.

Add chopperized spinach mixture with milk,

stir well till oil comes on top.

Add crushed Khoya, remove in a dish, drizzle with cream. Serve.
