Why recepie famous for?



500 gm Beef Mince,
3 TBSP Cooking Oil,
1 Onion,
2 Green Chili Chopped,
1/2 TSP Whole Cumin,
5 Tomato Paste,
Salt (As per taste),
1 & 1/2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste,
1/2 tsp Turmeric,
1 TSP Red Chili Powder,
1 TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP Coriander Powder,
1 TSP Cumin Powder,
3 Capsicum (large cube),
1 TBSP Butter,
1/2 cup Water,


Ginger & Green Coriander (for Garnish)
1- In a grinder, add tomatoes and grind them well
2- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.
3- Now, add beef mince, tomato paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4- Now, steam for 10-15 minutes.
5- After that, add capsicum, garnish water and steam for 5 minutes.
6- Now add butter at the end.
Your tasty Shimla Mirch Qeema now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
