Simply delicious! Tandoori Phool Gobi/ Aalo Matar is quite easy and quick recipe. People who do not eat veges they also like the different taste of this dish.

Ingredients

Cauliflower ½ kg
Potatoes (cubed &boiled) 2
Peas ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion(sliced) 2
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilies 2 (chopped)

Instructions


Boil cauliflower, potatoes and peas for a few minutes.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds with onions fry till transparent.

Add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala. Fry well.

Add yogurt with blanched veggies. Leave it on dum for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
