In this capsicum masala curry recipe, roasted sesame and roasted peanuts provide a delightful and palatable experience to taste buds. Follow this easy Indian curry recipe and indulge in delicately spicy yet delicious capsicum sabzi.

Ingredients

• 3 Capsicum, any colour or a mix, slIced long

• 3 Cloves of slIced Garlic

• 1 tbsp of Oil

• 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds

• 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder

• 2-3 Green chillies slit

• 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder

• 1 tsp of Curry powder

• 1 tsp Garam masala

• 1 tsp Coriander powder

• 1 tsp zeera powder

• A few Curry leaves

• 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. Heat oil and add the mustard seeds.

2. When they pop, add the sliced garlic and fry for 5 seconds.

3. Add the sliced capsicum and slit green chillies to this and mix well.

4. Add salt and cook until the capsicum turns soft - about 6-8 mins.

5. Next, add the turmeric powder and red chilli powder curry powder garam masala and zeera powder.

6. Mix well and add curry leaves.

7. Cook for another 3-4 mins until fragrant.

8. Adjust salt and remove from flame.

9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
