Ingredients

Ingredients for missi roti:
2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Gram flour
1/4 cup Onion
2 tbsp Green onion
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Dry red chilies (crushed)
1 tbsp Coriander seeds (crushed)
1 tbsp Dry pomegranate (crushed)
Ingredients for achari raita:
1 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Mix Pickle (chopped)
2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Green chilies
1/2 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions

Directions for missi roti:
In a bowl mix wheat flour, gram flour, onion, green onion, salt, red chilies, coriander seeds and dry pomegranate.
Mix all the ingredients well, add water as required and knead dough.
Make small round shape balls from dough, roll out like a chapati.
Cook on a flat pan, grease with ghee from both sides and cook until golden and crispy.
Directions for achari raita:
In a bowl add yogurt, pickle, onion, salt, green chilies and chili flakes.
Mix it well and serve with missi roti.
Preparation Time:10 minutes
Cooking Time:25-30 minutes
Serve:3-4 persons
