Ingredients
Ingredients for Halwa Pori Channa(Gram):Oil ¼:
Gram boiled 200g:
Semolina 250g:
Sugar 500g:
Onion 1 piece:
Cumin ½ tsp:
Fenugreek 1 tsp:
Red pepper powder 1 tbsp:
Coriander powder 1 tsp:
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp:
Ghee 1 cup:
Yellow color 1 pinch:
Coconut 20g:
Raisins 20g:
Cashew 20g:
Pistachio 20g:
Almonds 20g:
Superfine flour 1kg:
Salt as required
Instructions
Gram (Channay)Take ¼ cup of oil in a pan and add onion, cumin ½ tsp, fenugreek, ginger garlic paste, red pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, boiled grams and water and leave it at dum for 3-4 minutes. Grams are ready.
Halwa
In a pan add ghee ½ cup and semolina 250g and fry it then add in water add food color yellow, sugar, coconut, raisins, cashew, pistachio and almonds and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Pori
Take 1 kg superfine flour, salt as required, ghee ½ cup and water and knead it well. Leave it for 15-20 minutes then make medium size balls and make Pori by using rolling pin. Now in a pot add oil and fry it till it gets lite brown. Pori is ready now.
