Ingredients

- Beef 500g

- Onion 2 pieces

3 Tomatoes 3 pieces

5 gm Whole Hot Spices

2 Green Chilies 2 pieces

7 Cloves of Garlic 7 pieces

Salt (As Needed)

1 TSP Turmeric

1 TSP Red Chili Powder

1 TSP Red Chili Crushed

1 TSP Whole Cumin

1 TSP Coriander Powder

1 TSP Cumin Powder

2 Glasses Water

2 Potatoes

4 TBSP Cooking Oil

1/2 Cup Yogurt

Green Chili, Ginger, Green Coriander (for garnishing)

Method

Instructions

1- In a cooking pot, add beef, onion, tomato, Salt, Coriander Powder, whole hot spices, green chili, garlic, turmeric, red chili powder, red chili crushed, whole cumin, cumin powder, and water.

2- Steam it for an hour on low flame.

3- After that, add cooking oil, yogurt, potatos and steam it for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

4- Use green coriander, green chili, ginger for garnishing.

Your tasty Aloo Gosht is ready to serve.

Cooking time : One hour

Serve: 3 to 4 persons
