Ingredients


Chicken mince ½ kg

Coriander ½ bunch

Green chili 5 – 6

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

All spice powder ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Onion 2 tbsp (fried ,chopped)
Egg 8 (hard boil)

Oil for frying

Flour to roll eggs

For Gravy:

Oil 3/4 cup

Onion 3

Green cardamom 6 – 7


Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp

Coriander powder 2 tsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp

All spice powder ½ tsp

Cream ½ cup

Instructions

For Kofta’s: Chopperize all ingredients except boiled eggs and keep aside.

Roll the boiled eggs in flour and coat with the mixture of mince and spices.

Refrigerate the egg mince balls (kofta’s) for half an hour.

After that heat oil in a pan and fry egg mince balls (kofta’s) on medium flame.

Kofta’s are ready.

For Gravy: Put a pan on stove heat oil and fry onions in it remove onion from oil and grind it.

Add cardamom in oil then add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, mix it well for few minutes.
Beat yogurt and add into spices, add fried onion, nutmeg, mace, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from flame, add cream and mix; put kofta’s in the gravy and serve
