Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients


Mutton/chicken ½ kg,
Green chilies 250 gm,
Rice ½ kg (soaked),
Oil 2 - 3 tbsp,
Salt 1-1/2 tbsp or to taste,
Whole white cumin 1 tbsp,
Whole coriander 1 tbsp,
Nutmeg ½ tsp,
Mace ½ tsp,
Yogurt 250 gm,
Onion 3 medium,

Instructions


Boil mutton or chicken in 4-5 glass of water cover and cook till tender meat and stock prepared.

Grind nutmeg and mace into hand grinder (hawan dasta) keep a side.

Slice onion finely and fry in oil till brown, remove on a plate.

Grind whole coriander and cumin into hand grinder (hawandasta).

Add into oil pan now add boiled mutton with little stock fry meat on high flame add salt keep string.

Whisk yogurt and add into mutton and stir, break green chilies stem and add whole green chilies.

Add remaining stock and rice bring boil on high flame and cook, when stock dries mix rice and sprinkle ground nutmeg and mace cover rice pot with lid and put on dum.

Dish out pulao and garnish fried onion and serve with raita and salad.
