Why recepie famous for?
Ingredients
1/2 kg of Beef pasanda,1/2,
6-8 Tsp oil,
For the masala:,
2 Tsp peppercorns,
6-8 dried red chillies,
2 Tsp garlic cloves,
1 Salt,
3 Tbsp tamarind paste,
75 ml vinegar,
75 ml water,
To serve :,
Chilli potato sticks,
1 sliced onion,
1 Tbsp chopped coriander,
1 sliced tomato,
Instructions
1.Grind the dry masala ingredients together and add the tamarind paste, vinegar and water.2.Marinate the mutton with papaya paste for 2 hours
3.Remove the papaya and coat the mutton with the masala. Leave for 3-4 hours.
4.Fry in hot oil until tender.
5.Add the remaining masala and cook for a few minutes.
6.Serve immediately with the potato sticks and garnish with onions, tomatoes and chopped coriander.
