Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

170 g plain flour
55 g cornflour
55 g icing sugar
220 g butter
1/2 cup jam
1 cup cooking chocolate melted to coat

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170-180C.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add a few drops of vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Mix in the flour and allow to rest for a few minutes.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle and pipe into star or tube shapes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pale golden and becoming firm.
Allow to cool for a few minutes on the tray, then transfer to a cooling rack.
When completely cool, sandwich together with jam and dip one half in melted chocolate.
