Ingredients

INGREDIENTS,
1) Boneless meat mutton or beef 1 kg,
2) Marinate for 4 hours with,
3) Salt 1 1/2 tsp,
4) Chili powder 1 tbsp,
5) Zeera powder 1 tbsp,
6) Dry dhania powder 1 tbsp,
7) Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp,
8) Onions chopped 2,
9) Vinegar 3/4 cup,

Instructions

METHOD
1. Cook the meat with little water when tender, add 1-cup ghee.
2. Let it cook well until the ghee starts coming out.
3. Add saunf 1 tbsp + crushed red chilies 1 tbsp, add 1/4 cup water.
4. Keep it on the stove for a few minutes.
5. Your Sindhi Ghost is ready!
