- 1 cup Desi Ghee,
1 Onion,
- 1 tbsp Whole White Cumin,
- 1 tbsp Green Chili,
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
- 700g Mutton,
- As per taste Salt,
- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder,
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder,
- 1 tsp Turmeric,
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,
- 1 cup Mutton Stock,
- 5g Green Coriander,
- 5g Ginger,
- 1 tbsp Black Cumin,
- 3 tsp Wheat Flour,

Instructions

Cooking Method
1- In a clay cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to heat
2- Now, add onion, whole white cumin, green chili and cook until light brown
3- Now, add ginger paste, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes
4- Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix them well
5- Now, simmer for 35-40 minutes on low flame, then cook for 5-7 minutes
6- Now, add mutton stock, wheat flour mixed in water
7- Now, use green coriander, ginger, green chili for garnish
Your tasty Mutton Kunna now ready to serve
