Ingredients
• Cucumber 1• Tomatoes 2
• Lettuce to taste
• Peas bOiled) ½ cup
• Tomato ketchup 4tbsp
• Apple 1
• Onion (medium) 1
• Spinach (bOiled) ½ bunch
• Mayonnaise ½ cup
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• Lemon 1
• Salt to taste
• Olive Oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
• Boil Spinach lightly and set aside.Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
• Mix spinach, vegetable, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl.
• Serve cold
