Large shell Pasta 250 g
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 Cloves
Pine nuts 60 g
Salami, thinly slIced 125 g
Chopped fresh Parsley 1 tbsp
Instructions
• Cook pasta in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic and pine buts, stirring constantly over a medium heat for 2 minutes
• Remove pan from heat and stir in salami and parsley. Add salami mixture to pasta and toss to combine. Serve
