Two of kids' favourite chocolate confections in one.
Ingredients
3 cups rice bubbles
160g cooled melted milk chocolate
100g melted unsalted butter
100g roughly chopped glace cherries
30g mini marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1
Place rice bubbles, melted chocolate, butter, glace cherries and mini marshmallows in a large bowl. Stir until fully combined and rice bubbles are coated.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture into small paper patty cases. Chill for 25 minutes or until firm, or keep in fridge, covered for up to two days.
