Lady Finger Raita for taste
Ingredients
IngredientsLadyfinger 250 gm (cut into rounded shape)
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Green chili 1 (take out seeds and cut into pieces)
Yogurt 2/3 cup (thicken)
Dry mustard powder ½ tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Curry leaves or curry powder 1 tsp

Instructions
Cooking DirectionsDeep fry ladyfingers in oil until color becomes brown.
Squeeze out oil using paper towel.Let it cool.
Add salt in chili and grind well.
Beat yogurt and green chili mixture.
Stir and mix well. Then mix fried ladyfingers.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan and fry mustard seed.
Then add curry leave or curry powder.
Fry for 15 to 20 seconds.
Remove pan from stove and add seasoned oil in raita.
