Texas Turkey Tacos

Spice up ground turkey with fresh guacamole and a smoky chipotle salsa for an easy, tasty, Mexican-inspired meal.

Ingredients

1 tbsp. canola oil
2 c. roasted tomato chipotle salsa with corn
8 taco shells
1/2 c. shredded jalapeño Jack or cheddar cheese
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 c. Guacamole

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil over medium heat. Add turkey and cook, breaking it up with the back of a spoon, until no longer pink, 6 to 7 minutes. Stir in salsa and cook until salsa is heated, about 3 minutes.

Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells. Top with cheese and lettuce and serve with guacamole.
