Lebanani Kabab for taste

Ingredients

Ingredients
Beef Mince 1 kg

Noodles boiled 1 packet

Potato boiled 2

Green peas 1 cup

Bread crumbs 1 packet

Eggs 2

Salt as required


Black pepper crushed 1 tsp

Green chilli 4

Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Oil for fry

Instructions

First boil mince with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt in a pan.
When water dried a, put mice in a chopper and add noodles, green peas and potato and chop it and make batter.
Now make kabab from batter and coat it with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry
it till it become golden brown.
