Fish Manchurian

Why recepie famous for?


500 g Fish/Chicken
1 tbsp white chili powder
1 egg
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
50 g garlic
2 green chilies
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Chinese salt
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp sugar


Cooking Method:
1. In a bowel add fish, than add salt, white chili powder(1/2) tbsp, Egg, Maida, Corn Flour and mix them all
2. Now take a pan, then add cooking oil (as needed), let it hot. Then add marinated Fish in this hot oil, deep fry it till it changes into golden brown.
3. Now add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add chopped garlic in this oil and cook it for two minutes
4. Now add green chilies, ketchup, salt, white chili Powder ( ½ tbsp), vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt, sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.
5. Now add prepared Fish in this and cook it for 2 minutes
6. Your tasty Fish Manchurian is ready to serve
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
