Chicken Noodles (Mongolian Style)

Ingredients

ngredients:
330 gm K&N’s Chicken Tempura
300 gm Noodles
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
½ cup carrots
½ bell pepper
½ cup spring onion
½ Tbsp garlic, Chopped
½ Tbsp Ginger Chopped
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water, plus more as needed to thin out sauce
1 Tsp red chili flakes
toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
thinly sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

Cooking Direction:
Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per the instructions on the pack
Take a skillet with water, heat it and put the olive oil.
Add the noodles in the water and let them cook for a while. When done, drain and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium-high
Add 1½ tablespoons olive oil and add the garlic, ginger and carrots.
Cook until the vegetables are just crisp tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed red chilli and cornstarch.
Now add boiled noodles, green onion, bell pepper and cook it for a minute.
Now add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura and mix it well.

Serve hot topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
