Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

½ kg Mutton (undercut)
1 tbsp Kachri powder
1 Egg
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Corn flour
3 tbsp All purpose flour
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Soy sauce
Gravy ingredients:
4-5 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
5 tbsp Ketchup
5 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Corn flour
½ cup Water
Fried Mutton
1-2 tbsp oil

Instructions


Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it.
Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice. Turn off the flame and cover the lid. Let it rest for 2 minutes. (it enhance the flavor).
Turn on the flame, add black pepper, ketchup. Chili garlic sauce and salt, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Add fried mutton and (add water 3-4 tbsp if required) cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add corn flour and mix it well.
At last add 1-2 tbsp of oil and cook for a minute.
Serve with fried rice.
