Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Half sheet size of nori wrapper
2 medium size shrimp
15 gm chopped Jalapeno
15 gm chopped onion
100 gm sushi rice
10 gm flying fish roe
10 gm iceberg lettuce

Instructions


1.In a sushi mat, place the nori wrapper and then spread the sushi rice until all the nori is covered with rice evenly.
2.Now arrange all the ingredients inside.
3.Roll and cut it to 6 pieces.
4.Then add flying fish roe on the top of each roll.
5.Serve with wasabi, pickled ginger and soya sauce.
