Ingredients

1 ounce Yogurt,
2 Potatoes bOiled,
2 Finely chopped green chilies,
1/2 bunch Finely chopped Mint leaves,
1 tsp Crushed red chilies,
1 tsp Sugar,
as required Salt,
For the bhagar,
4 Curry leaves,
1 tsp Cumin,
3 tbsp Oil,


Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine together the yogurt, boiled potatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, sugar and salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and cumin until they begin to sizzle.
Pour over the yogurt and serve.
