Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg,Chopped coriander 1/2 cup,
Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp,
Ghee 2-3 tbsp,
Coriander powder 3-4 tbsp,
Large tomatoes 2-3,
Onions (chopped) 1/2 kg,
Turmeric and red chilli powder A little,
Salt to taste,
Curd 2 tbsp,
Instructions
Cooking DirectionsHeat ghee in a pan. Put all the ingredients together, after mixing them properly with hand, into hot ghee.
Cover with a lid and seal the edges with a little dough.
Now simmer till the mutton is tender.
