Mutton Spinach Paneer

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton 1/2 kg,
Spinach 1 kg (boiled and chopped),
Cottage cheese 1 packet (cubed),
Cumin powder 1 tsp,
Mustard seeds 1 tsp,
Whole red chilies 4 - 5,
Garlic paste 1 tbsp,
Garam masala powder 1 tsp,
Lemon juice 4 tbsp,
Green chilies 4 - 5,
Coriander 1/2 bunch,
Oil 1/2 cup,

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the chopped spinach.

Now grind in a blender till a fine paste is formed.

Heat oil in the same pan.

Add the garlic paste and fry for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add the mutton and fry till the oil floats on top.

Add a sufficient amount of water and cook until the mutton is tendered.

Break the whole red chilies and add them to the pan followed by the cumin, mustard seeds, green chilies.

Fry for another minute then add some water and cook.

Add the spinach paste and lemon juice and cook for 10 minutes.

In a pan fry cottage cheese till nice golden.

When the gravy is ready dish out and add the cheese cubes.

Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
