Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Goat meat with bones 400-450 g,omato 2 medium
garlic cloves 5-6,
whole black pepper 1 tsp,
yogurt 1/2 cup,
oil 1/4 cup,
salt 3/4 tsp or as required,
crushed black pepper 1 tsp,
garam masala powder 1/4 tsp,
fresh green chili 1-2,
fresh coriander for garnish,
fresh ginger 1 inch piece,

Instructions

1. Take pressure cooker, add meat, garlic cloves,whole black pepper,tomatoes cut in 2 or 4 pieces.
2. Add 1-1/2 cup water.let it boil.
3. give it 15 minutes pressure.
If you don’t have pressure cooker,use garlic paste and cook your meat for 1-1/2 hours or until nicely tender.
4. Cut green chilies ,ginger in julian,chop fresh coriander, set them aside.

6. Transfer meat to a karahi, add 1/4 cup oil. cook on high heat until all juices evaporate and you see oil with sides of the pan.
7. now add 1/2 cup yogurt and on high heat cook it until it has some gravy in it.
