This starter has different flavours mingling together to make it super tasty

Ingredients

Boneless chicken cut into thin slices 250 grams
Salt to taste
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder 2 teaspoons
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup
Yogurt 3-4 tablespoons
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/2 teaspoon
Oil to deep fry
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Onions rings to serve
Lemon wedges to serve
Green chutney to serve

Instructions


Step 1
Take chicken slices in a bowl, add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well.
Step 2
Add gram flour and yogurt, mix well. Add carom seeds and mix well, set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep-fry the marinated chicken slices till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 4
Arrange them on a serving platter, sprinkle chaat masala powder over them and serve immediately with onion rings, lemon wedges and green chutney..
