Ingredients
Lady finger 1/2 kgFlour of pulse (besan) 1/4 kg
Clarified butter / oil for frying
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Vinegar / lemon 2 tbsp
Water 1/2 glass

Instructions
First of all cut the lady finger (medium size) and put in a bowl.Add some water into it to wet the lady finger.
Then add vinegar or lemon into it and stir it.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chat masala into it and mix it.
Add flour of pulse and 1/2 glass water into it and stir it and make it a mixture.
After 5-7 minutes deeply fry to it and present it in dish.
Serve it with chapati or try as it is.
