Ingredients

1. 1 cup aata (wheat flour),
2. 1 cup of sugar,
3. 1 table spoon ghee.,
4. 1 table spoon Aniseed (sauf),
5. Cooking oil.,

Instructions

Take a preparation bowl and add aata, sugar, ghee,sauf and mix well. Once all the ingredients are mixed leave it aside for an hour so that it turns into a smooth batter.After an hour give the batter a short stir. Then take a frying pan and add sufficient amount of cooking oil and preheat it on medium flame. Once the oil is ready for frying take small quantity of the batter in your hands and carefully start leaving into small pakoras for frying. Once the pakoras turn golden brown take them out in a serving dish and enjoy the yummy taste.
