Instructions

Put cubed chicken breast, salt, black pepper , ginger garlic paste and red chili in food processor and mince it.

Now add green chili and green coriander and chop again.


Divide chicken mixture into equal small balls.


Dip balls into egg then coat bread crumbs.


Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.


Now insert bamboo stick into each ball and serve with chili garlic sauce.
