Solid milk ½ cup,

Instructions
Cooking DirectionsMarinate mince with salt, chili powder, all spice, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, clarified butter and solid milk.
Make seekh kababs shape.
Shallow fry in oil, give simmer of charcoal.
Serve with chutney.
