Why recepie famous for?
This recipe is to be used with a biscuit press. These are beautiful, light biscuits
Ingredients
450 g butter1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup cornflour
3 cup plain flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C.Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Slowly add the flours and beat until light and fluffy.
Fill biscuit press and press biscuits out onto lightly greased trays.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
