Why recepie famous for?
This Milo tiramisu is fantastic, because the whole family can enjoy it. I make it in the morning to have it after dinner that night.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Nestle Milo250 g mascarpone
1/2 cup thickened cream
2 tbs caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 sponge finger biscuits
1 cup water warmed
1 punnet fresh strawberries halved *to decorate
Instructions
Line a 10cm x 21cm loaf pan with baking paper.In a shallow dish, combine half the Milo with the warm water and stir until combined.
Using a wooden spoon, beat mascarpone, cream, caster sugar and vanilla until combined.
Dip 8 biscuits into Milo and lay in the base of prepared pan. Top with half the marscarpone mixture and remaining Milo.
Repeat the layers using remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with halved strawberries.
