Till kay KababMade with beef mince, spices and sesame seeds these kababs have a quite new taste and texture. Till kay Kabab goes great as side dish at any special occasion.
Ingredients
Beef Mince ½ kgCoriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 6
Bread slices 2
Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Sesame seeds ½ cup (roasted)
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Instructions
Make a paste with green chili and green coriander.Chop together beef with bread slices and seekh kabab masala.
Add egg, black pepper, salt and sesame seeds in chopped mixture and mix it.
Make kabab and shallow fry them till golden brown.
Serve with parathas.
