Only four ingredients and one bowl are needed for these healthy peanut butter cookies. If you want to make this recipe gluten-free, make sure the oat bran is made in a certified gluten-free facility

Ingredients


1 large egg, beaten
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions


In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
