Why recepie famous for?
The kids will love this Twiggy stick pasta in their lunch boxes.
Ingredients
250g dried farfalle pasta
8 Coles twiggy sticks from the deli, cut into 3cm pieces
1/3 cup basil pesto
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
220g bambini bocconcini
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a medium saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions. Drain and run briefly under cool running water. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the pesto and mix until well combined. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Add the twiggy sticks, tomato and bocconcini. Toss to combine. Divide between airtight containers.
