Ingredients
30g pkt Coles Tasty Cheese & Crackers
1 Coles Choc Chip Muesli Bar
1 Coles Kids Size Pear
250ml Coles Apple and Blackcurrant Juice
CHICKEN AND PEACH SALAD
45g mixed salad leaves
100g shredded Coles RSPCA Approved Hot Roast Chicken
1/4 red capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
1 yellow peach, stoned, cut into thin wedges
1 tablespoon French-style dressing
Instructions
Step 1To make the chicken & peach salad, combine the salad leaves, chicken, capsicum and peach in a bowl. Transfer to an airtight container. Place the dressing in a separate small container.
Step 2
Pack the chicken and peach salad in a lunch box with the cheese and crackers, muesli bar, pear and juice.
