Why recepie famous for?

Cook time : 16-20 minutes

Ingredients

Large potato boiled, peeled and grated 1
Medium onions finely chopped 2
Large tomatoes finely chopped 2
Green capsicum finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Pavs 4
Butter 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilli paste 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1
Cut pav into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add onions, mix well and sauté till browned.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and mix. Add salt, mix well and cook till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy.
Step 4
Add chilli paste and chilli powder and mix. Add potato and mix. Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum and some water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add pav pieces and mix. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for a minute.
Step 6
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
