Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

6 eggs,
1 dl (0.4 cup) milk,
Salt and pepper,
2 tbsp cheese grated,
2 tbsp olive oil,
3 large (or 6 small) radishes,
1 tomato, chopped,
1 orange pepper chopped,
1 yellow pepper chopped,
0.5 small broccoli head,
1 red onion,
Fresh oregano,

Instructions

What we do:
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper and add half the cheese. Heat half the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture fry. A good tip is to lift the edges of the omelette and let some of the mixture pour down below the parts that have already set. Pour over the rest of the cheese, lower the heat and continue frying for 2-3 min then cover the pan with tinfoil and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes until the top of the omelette is cooked through. Set to the side. In another pan, cook the vegetables in the rest of the oil. Make sure to keep them separate from each other. Place the omelette on a plate. Decorate the omelette with vegetables in the shape and order of a rainbow.
