Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton meat ½ kg (with bone),
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp,
Black pepper powder 1 tsp,
White vinegar 2 tsp,
All spice as required,
Salt to taste,
Red chili powder as required,
Cooking oil as required,
Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch,
Onion 1 (slice),
Yogurt 1 cup,

Instructions

Cooking Directions
Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, black pepper and ginger garlic paste.

Mix this mixture in meat.

Marinate meat with this mixture along salt, red chili powder, all spice, yogurt and vinegar.

Keep marinade meat in fridge for two days.

Heat onion in skillet/pan and add marinated meat with mixture.

Cook on low flame for 30 to 35 minutes.

Fry for 15 minutes more till yogurt water dries up and simmer for five minutes on low flame.
