Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Processed cheese grated as required
Whole wheat flour dough as required
Whole wheat flour for dustin
Pizza sauce as required
Green capsicum finely chopped as required
Yellow capsicum finely chopped as required
Red capsicum finely chopped as required
Fresh jalapeno sliced as required
Dried oregano as required
Red chilli flakes as required
Oil to garnish
Tomato ketchup to serve

Instructions

Step 1
Divide the dough into equal portions, dust with some flour and roll out into slightly thick discs.
Step 2
Apply 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each of them. Place 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon processed cheese, 1 tablespoon green capsicum, 1 tablespoon yellow capsicum, 1 tablespoon red capsicum and a few jalapeno slices on one half of each roti. Top again with 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon processed cheese. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon dried oregano and ½ teaspoon chilli flakes and fold the other half of the disc over the stuffing, press the edges to seal and make a design with a fork. Prick a few holes on top to let the steam escape.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the pizza on it, baste with some oil and cook till the underside turns golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook till the other side is similarly done. Make more pizzas similarly.
Step 4
Cut into halves, garnish with processed cheese and serve immediately with tomato ketchup
