Ingredients

Mutton ½ kg,
Wheat flour,
Yogurt 2 cups ½ cup,
All spice powder 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Turmeric ½ tsp,
Black cumin 1 tsp (crushed),
Coriander powder 2 tsp,
Red chili powder 2 tsp,
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
Onion 1 (sliced),
Oil ½ cup,
Ginger 1 tsp (chopped),
Green Chilies 4 (chopped),
Green Coriander 2 tbsp,
Bay leaf 3,
Warm water 2 glass,


Instructions

Heat oil in a bean pot. Fry onion till brown.

Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and bay leaf.

Stir fry and add in 2 glass warm water and cover.

Make a hard dough by adding water to flour.

Seal the pan by flour and cook on low flame for 1 hour.

After an hour open the cover.

Make a mixture of ½ cup water and wheat flour.

Add black cumin, all spice powder and turn the flame off.

Garnish with ginger slices, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot in the bean pot.
