Blue Cheese Penne

Why recepie famous for?

"A delicious combination of the unique flavor of gorgonzola cheese and the sweetness of fresh pears. Brush the pear cubes with lemon juice to keep them from browning."

Ingredients

pound penne pasta 1

cloves garlic, chopped 2


olive oil 4tbsp


blue cheese 185 gram/6oz


black pepper to taste
salt to taste


cherry tomatoes, halved 2 pints
1/4 cup mixed chopped fresh thyme, marjoram, and oregano


Instructions


Cook penne in boiling water in large saucepan follwing packet direction Drain set aside and keep warm
To make sauce place cream and blue cheese in a saucepan, bring to the boil stirring constantly over a medium reaches the boil remove from heat and pour over pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese season to taste with black pepper and
toss to combine… Serve.
