Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton 1 kg,
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp,
Red chili powder 1 tbsp,
Cumin seeds 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Oil 1 cup,
Onion 1,
Yogurt 1 cup,
Dry coriander powder 1 tsp,
Turmeric ½ tsp,
Black pepper 10,
For Garnishing:,
Coriander leaves 1 bunch,
Almonds 10,

Instructions

Take half of the yogurt and mix in dry coriander, black pepper, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, cumin, ginger and garlic.

Now add yogurt mixture to meat and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden.

Now add in meat and cook for a while.

When meat is cooked and water reduces.

Add the remaining yogurt, cover and cook for five minutes on low flame.

When oil starts to separate and rich aroma is erupting from the pan, turn off the flame.

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and almonds.
