Brain Tawa Masala

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton brains 3,
Oil ½ cup,
Onion 1 cup (finely chopped),
Tomatoes 4 (finely chopped),
Salt to taste,
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,
Yogurt ½ cup,
Chili powder 2 tsp,
All spice ½ tsp heaped,
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped),
Green chilies 4 (chopped),
Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp heaped,

Instructions

Heat oil on a tawa; fry onion and tomatoes until soft.
Add brain with salt, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and chili powder, fry well till oil comes on top.
Lastly add all spice, dry fenugreek, coriander and green chilies.
Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with nan.
