Bacon Carbonara

Why recepie famous for?

this recipe. I now cook if I need a meal for the family in a hurry. So easy, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

6 slices short-cut bacon rashers diced
200 g fettuccine
4 tbs olive oil
2 pinches ground black pepper *to taste
1 extra-large egg
1/2 cup parmesan grated

Instructions

Fry bacon until crispy.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain then return to saucepan.
Add cooked bacon, enough olive oil to coat pasta and a couple of grinds of pepper.
Turn heat off, add egg and Parmesan, stir until well coated.
Serve immediately.
