Why recepie famous for?

Great patties for the summer bbq weather.

Ingredients

500 g lamb mince
1 onion diced small
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp celery seed
3 tbs whisky
1 egg
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 8 patties and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook patties on preheated bbq.
